Bailey Caravans Replenishment Centre, Bristol
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) was produced for the Bailey Caravan Replenishment Centre in Bristol following completion in August 2016, providing a detailed assessment of the building’s energy performance and compliance with UK Building Regulations.
The evaluation considered the thermal performance of the building envelope, including walls, roof, and glazing, alongside the efficiency of fixed building services such as heating, ventilation, and lighting systems. The assessment focused on regulated energy uses to determine the building’s overall EPC rating.
As a commercial and industrial facility, the modelling reflected the operational characteristics of the space, including large-volume areas and associated servicing requirements. Careful zoning and system inputs ensured an accurate representation of energy use.
The development achieved an EPC rating of A (23), demonstrating exceptional energy performance and compliance with regulatory standards, supporting the delivery of a highly efficient and sustainable facility.
